Description of Services
Cross Border Search provides a cross-border trade intelligence platform offering access to global import/export data, buyer lists, competitor analytics, and related tools to assist exporters in identifying and reaching overseas customers. The scope, features, and availability of the Services may change at any time without prior notice.
Account & Registration
To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Data Use & Restrictions
Data obtained through the Services may only be used for your own internal business development purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly disclose the data in any form. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or any activity that places unreasonable load on our systems is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
Intellectual Property
All content, data, software, and materials available through the Services are the exclusive property of Cross Border Search or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or license except as expressly stated. The Cross Border Search name, logo, and product names are trademarks of the company and may not be used without written permission.
Payment & Subscription
Certain Services require a paid subscription. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cross Border Search reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services and all data are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Cross Border Search does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any trade data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cross Border Search shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
Cross Border Search may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer, and governing law clauses — shall continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Cross Border Search is registered.
